  RealReadServer software V2.2E:
1. Technician-assisted Technical Support e-mail service is available without charge for Licensees of RealReadServer V2.2E
2. New versions of RealReadServer Software will be released through the distributor.

News and program releases will be provided through our website at www.realread.com.
The license number on the RealReadServer V2.2ELicense certification will be required when you contact us.

Notes:
The support desk cannot accept or respond to inquiries or questions about third-party hardware or software. Support for third-party software, hardware and peripherals is provided by the original manufacturer only.

Expiration
The Support desk service will be provided only while the RealReadServer V2.2E License is valid.

Continuation of the License Agreement
The RealReadServer V2.2E License Agreement must be updated annually, 90 days prior to the date of expiration.
   
   
  RealRead UploaderPro. Software. V2.2E:
1. Technician-assisted Technical Support requires the cooperation and participation of the customer in the troubleshooting process of the UploaderPro. V2.2E Software. RealRead provides limited email technical support for the UploaderPro. V2.2E Software.
2. Additional e-mail Technical Support options are available for $100 per year.
3. A two hour UploaderPro. V2.2E training session is available for $200 and is highly recommended for power users.
4. New versions of RealRead UploaderPro Software will be released through the distributor.
