$3,000 is paid initially for 1-5 title server license fee. After 7 months, upgrade to the 10 titles license costs $4,000 per year but since $3,000 had been paid, the remainder 5 months for the 10 titles license fee is determined by subtracting $3,000 by $4,000 = $1,000 and multiply by 5/12 = $416

$416 is the prorated payment to be made for the remaining 5 months for upgrading to the 10 titles license.
*Fees for the 2nd year and each year after will be 25% of the current license package. For the 10 titles license, it will be $1,000/year after the first year (25% of $4,000).

$4,000( 10 titles license upgrade) - $3,000 (1 titles license) = $1,000
TOTAL: $750 + $1,000 = $1,750

$1,750 is the payment to be made for the 2nd year for upgrading to the 10 titles license.

$4,000 is paid for the first year. During the 2nd year renewal, you were supposed to pay $1,000 but decided to downgrade to the 1 title license. RealRead does not provide rebate for the first year. Therefore, we calculate the 2nd year based on 25% of the new program, which means you will pay $750 for the 2nd year for 1 title license fee (25% of $3,000).

For those who would like to view RealRead files off-line. Great for internal use and for distributing RealRead catalogs and manuals to staff members, clients or potential customers. RealRead files can now be saved on CD-ROM that can be opened and viewed immediately on your desktop or laptop computers without the need for internet connectivity.

RealRead CD-Rom licensing offers two options. RealRead will charge based on service requirements namely Full Service CD-Rom Licensing and Partial Service CD-Rom Licensing.

Full service CD-Rom licensing is for clients who submits raw PDF file for RealRead to convert, customize, and finish final RealRead file on CD-Rom. Please refer to page 6 for RealRead Full Service fees.

Partial CD-Rom licensing is designed for clients who have access to RealRead Uploader and have converted the file in RealRead format, thereby choose to submit complete folders of the titles to RealRead and make them available on CD-Rom.

Fee Information

RealRead full service CD-Rom licensing will include both full service fees (see RealRead Full Service on page 6) and cost of creating the master CD-Rom at $500 each. Clients may request for additional copies with fee listed below.
