Initial Consultation & Quotation |

RealRead or Authorized RealRead Distributors will consult with clients to determine your industry type, what requirement you need, and what kind of result you are seeking. From that we will make recommendation of what is best suited for you and which monthly hosting service you will need. We will provide a quotation. |

File Transfer & Hyperlink Information |
| |

You may submit the PDF or original file* (Acceptable format: Word, Excel, HTML, Pagemaker, QuarkXpress, PowerPoint) via e-mail or post. If there are hyperlinks within the document, please have them on an Excel Spread Sheet.

File Conversion |

RealRead will convert your original file or PDF to RealRead format with all the features listed on the quotation. |

File Review and Preview |

After the file has been completed, it will be reviewed and tested by RealRead and the URL will be e-mailed to the Client for preview. Client may make any changes at this point if necessary*

Once the file has been fully tested and reviewed, the file will be submitted to the Client via e-mail with RealRead logo icon. |
