Does RealRad provide software or only services?
RealRead offers both software and services.
RealRead software comes in two parts. the first part is the Uploader. Uploader comes in both standard and professional versions. Uploader is used to convert PDF files into the RealRead format. It also allows you to implement features and serve as an interface for you to upload your files to the RealRead server.
This leads to the other software we offer - namely RealRead server software. RealRead server software is a licensed software which is necessary to load on servers to host the RealRead files.
RealRad also provide services from consultation to conversion to hosting the RealRead files for you. Fee depends on what is needed. Please contact us (see below) for more information. |

What do I need to do to get started?
You dimply need to let us know what types of industry you are in, what types of files you would like to be made available for on-line viewing for either your customers or your staff and we can help you in determinating what you need and what is most suitable for you. |

Is RealRad for business use or consumer use?
RealRead is great for both B2B and B2C. B2B because businesses can benefit a great deal from having cost-effective tools that can make quick and easy documents viewable on-line for their customers (either businesses or consumers). B2C because Consumers can also benefit because they no longer need to wait a long period of time to download large files. Morever, readers and plug-ins are no longer needed to view RealRead files. Slow computers or connections will have no effect on viewing RealRead files. RealRead is also viewable on both PC and Mac browsers.
**RealRead is generally used by businesses. Consumers may request their ISP or ASP to carry RealRead service. |

Will I be needing a reader or download plug-ins?
No. RealRead does not require any type of software downloads (such as Readers) or plug-ins to view.
